All planning package sales [plan to travel fees] from lavishvacationstravel.com are final.
Should you book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during and post travel.
This fee is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. We pride ourselves in providing the best service. If you are dissatisfied, we will work diligently to resolve any issues.
Upon receipt of your quote you will have 7 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you.

Do the planning package fee go towards the deposit on my trip?
No. It is our administrative planning fee. It's non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most trips Final Payment Deadlines are due 30-45 days prior to departure.

How do I book a trip?
Booking with us is easy! Simply complete a Travel Inquiry Form via our website. We will reach out to you with the Planning Package to purchase and then we will send over accommodations to choose between. Once you've decided, we'll assist you with the booking process and handle all the details for you.
